David Murison
.

.
Dr David Murison was the editor of the Scotish National Dictionary, which took 30 years in the making,
and was possibly the greatest single contribution to Scots language studies.
.
Much of the information illustrated in the Heritage Centre would not have been possible without David’s knowledge
for which the Heritage Society is eternally grateful.
.
Test your knowledge of Scotland’s language; David requested we use his dictionary bequested to the Heritage Society.
